What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We accept PayPal, a very well known and trusted online payment processor. PayPal allows you to pay with a credit card, bank account or PayPal balance without revealing your financial information. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay; if you do not have a PayPal account simply click here - our PayPal account name is sales@uniquecreationsbycarmen.com.

What are your shipping charges? TOP

Your entire order ships for $2! Flat rate shipping only applies in the United States and Puerto Rico. All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. International shipping rates available upon request.

When will my order ship? TOP

All our items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. The estimated delivery time for orders shipped via USPS First Class is typically 2-5 days. Please contact us for international orders.

What is your returns policy? TOP

If you are not satisfied with our products (except Personalized Jewelry), you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a FULL refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of your order being returned to us. All items must be returned in their original condition.

Unfortunately, there are no returns on our Personalized Jewelry. To ensure satisfaction, a sample image will be emailed for approval prior to placing it on the glass. We will gladly replace your personalized jewelry in the event an error has been made by us.
