  How do I submit my photo/image?

After your order has been placed, submit your photo/image here  or by email .

 Do I need to resize or crop my photo/image before I submit it?

No. We will take care of resizing and/or cropping your image! A sample/proof of your image will be emailed for approval within 24-48 hours of order receipt. 

What photo/image size do you need?

The photo/image should be at least 300 dpi for best results. If your photo/image is too small or the resolution is low we will contact you immediately as we might need a different photo/image.

How long does it take for my pendant to be done?

Our personalized jewelry is custom made to order and processing time is 3-5 business days after photo/image is approved.

Every photo/image is preserved under a jewelers* crystal clear glass tile and sealed with jewelers grade resin; a silver plated bail is adhered to the back.

Pendants are water resistant but not waterproof, please remove before bathing or swimming.

Pendants are packaged in small organza bag perfect for storage or gift giving!

*Jewelers crystal is 1/4-inch thick, more durable than glass and provides excellent image clarity.
